The Nephrolepis exaltata 'Tiger' is an evergreen fern with long, curved leaves. This plant is popular for its variegated leaves reminiscent of a tiger's stripes.
 
Originally, Nephrolepis 'Tiger' is found in humid groves and swamps in tropical areas. Therefore, this fern is a perfect plant for the bathroom. 
 
Make sure the potting soil is always slightly moist, but do not water directly into the heart. Preferably put the fern in a bucket with a layer of water and let the plant absorb the water itself. This will prevent the fern from getting too much water. 
 
It is a popular houseplant because of its decorative leaves and ability to purify air. This fern cannot tolerate direct sunlight.
