Cyathea atrox is an impressive tree fern that instantly creates a tropical atmosphere. Its large, deeply divided fronds give the plant a strong yet elegant appearance. As the fern matures, it develops a trunk and grows into a true eye-catcher in the garden, greenhouse, or conservatory.


In its natural habitat, Cyathea atrox grows in humid, forested areas, sheltered beneath taller trees. This makes it happiest in a location with plenty of indirect light and high humidity.
